First Sock done…

Finally got my first sock done….was sick for awhile. Feeling better now – on to the next one!

I didn’t really care for the heel turn on this sock pattern. I will do something else next sock.

Does anyone else use reinforcing thread in their heel and toe areas?

Baby Blanket

This is the baby blanket I made for my new Grandson, Conner.

I added a “B” in the middle, for the last name initial. I used TLC Cotton Plus (Cotton/Acrylic blend) for warmer summer weather blanket.

The pattern is Hearts And Stars Blanket from Zoe Mellor’s Adorable Knits For Tots

First Summer Socks

I got my new yarn for my summer socks. It is Sockotta  45% cotton and 40% Supperwash Wool  15% nylon. I haven’t picked out a pattern yet.
